Also, a larger capacity clamp to hold it to the countertop would be a welcome improvement. I had a slice of steak ready[aproximatelt 1/8 inch thick.] when it got into the teeth ,it stopped ,as the thickness of meat made the gears spread and not mesh. Useless. cost more to return than toss.
