I hate tha Adolphs went out of business, or merged with another and decided to stop making this delicious marinade. This review is from: Adolph Original Meat Tenderizing Marinade Sodium Free, 1-Ounce (Pack of 8) (Grocery) Usually I use the regular Adolph's meat marinade, but since I was preparing dinner for mostly elderly people, who are concerned about sodium, I marinaded 12 pounds of beef rump roast in this marinade. The meat was very flavorful and tender. I have used Adolph's meat marinade for years, both regular and sodium-free, with great results.
